By using FacelessForge (the "app") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the service does

FacelessForge generates scripts, voiceovers, images, thumbnails and rendered videos from your prompts, and can upload them to a YouTube channel you choose to connect.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you generate and publish, including its accuracy and legality.

• True Crime content is sensitive: you agree to keep a respectful, factual tone, avoid defamation of real people, and use only copyright-safe or AI-generated media.

• You must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when uploading.

3. AI-generated content

AI output may contain inaccuracies. You should review and approve all scripts, visuals and metadata before publishing. We provide the tools, not editorial guarantees.

4. Accounts & access

Connecting YouTube is optional and can be revoked at any time. You are responsible for activity performed through your connected channel.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for demonetization, strikes, removed videos, lost revenue or other outcomes arising from content you create or publish.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
